Presently: Serving as Professor of Psychology gives me an opportunity to return to passions I formed early in my career: student success and organizational development. Each year I teach 500-600 first year undergraduate students, introducing them to psychology and its many applications in their lives, deploying an expanding portfolio of pedagogical and technological tools. Graduating MBA, psychology and management students populate my IO and human resources courses which address human and interpersonal issues in the workplace. They work to develop their management knowledge and skills within the context of these writing intensive courses. I also serve as a consultant and mentor to others in the area of organizational culture and change. Organizational analysis, planning, training and coaching are areas of expertise. Creating humane, responsive, and dynamic workplaces is a passion of mine.
