Led team of 22 managers and coordinators supporting 200+ Marriott Select Brand hotels throughout Eastern region driving results, stakeholder preference and value proposition of Field Marketing.- Led Marriott Select Brand portfolio demand generation project for one of our highest revenue producing ownership groups, resulting in 20K+ room nights, $3.2M revenue at 8:1 return, meeting 131% of room night volume goal.- Initiated development with local social media influencer in partnership with launch of loyalty platform, resulting in 55M+ member reach, 23M social media follower reach, and 26M email distribution.

Supervised team of 3 supporting portfolio of 50 Marriott Select Brand hotels in Northeast region, including New York City and Mid-Atlantic markets and for Florida destination hotels and resorts. Highlights included developing and overseeing marketing plan to open the first-ever ELLE Spa at Eden Roc, working with Brand, 3 public relations agencies and ELLE partnership, garnering over 62M impressions for Spa opening.

Provided marketing support for destination hotels and resorts across Southeast region and multiple Brands. Accomplishments included developing and managing marketing plans for two high-profile resort investments:- Orlando World Center Marriott Resort & Convention Center: Exhibit Hall Expansion campaign promotion 450K square feet of event and meeting space generated $30M rooms revenue, increased group pace by 40% and won HSMAI Gold award.- Grande Lakes Orlando Resort opening ($6B investment): Launched Marriott's first flash email campaign and personally garnered hotel's "Above & Beyond" award (first time given to an off-site associate).
