 Work closely with Corporate Finance, FI and Investment Bankers for cross-selling Derivatives (across Interest Rate and FX products) for Global Market Clients in Asia Ex-Japan Support Senior Sales with client proposals, help identify new opportunities for target client list - review balance sheets, news on key corporate clients and relevant market and helping with account plan sessions Work with internal and external legal counsel to negotiate ISDA documentation, internal credit approvals and other due diligence requirements to onboard the customer Send market updates, pricing refresh, trade ideas based on market movements  Resolve post trade issues and queries Interact closely with product development team for new product rollouts or trading infrastructure enhancements. Keep abreast of regulations and cross check rules prior to deal execution

 Responsible for origination, structuring and execution of wide suite of financial markets transactions across Africa, Middle East and Pakistan while ensuring alignment with the broader commercial strategy. Drive team annual revenues of high double-digit USD millions by providing Interest Rate and FX Solutions services to sales teams. Provide financial market expertise for Corporate Finance deals with complex risk dynamics and long lead times (eg. Project Finance & Structured Finance transactions).  Review and negotiate term sheets and hedging transaction documents, with a focus on commercial and financial terms. Facilitate marketing by generating generic and/or specific pitch books and other client-facing materials  Develop trade ideas and payoff across asset classes for corporate and FI clients in ME&P on a regular basis to feed into day-to-day Sales-Client interaction Observe trends, formulate and assess product ideas, and submit corresponding proposals for new products or product modifications Develop the product knowledge of the sales team and clients through regular training sessions, targeted coaching and client seminars. Work with Technology to participate in pricing system design, user acceptance test, troubleshooting and ensuring that new front office system needs are being met in any implementation. Partner with market risk and product control teams to ensure appropriate risk management is always followed
