Manages a range of advisory projects including sustainability training initiatives, sustainability risk assessments, and greener market positioning support. Was a key team member in creating UL’s first standard addressing social and environmental responsibility issues at an enterprise level, UL 880, a Standard for Sustainability of Manufacturing Organizations.

Supported Federal clients execute broad-based organizational change programs to achieve high performance while mitigating risks associated with largescale change implementations. I assisted clients in aligning the change journey to the business strategy, supporting the design of an effective organization, leadership structure, and corporate culture.

Assisted in strategic corporate outreach and completed research and analysis regarding lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) workplace concerns.• Helped secure pro-diversity policy changes at several Fortune 500 companies• Provided guidance to human resource managers and diversity trainers on LGBT workplace issues• Published policy manual titled, Transgender Issues in the Workplace: A Tool for Managers• Contributed to specifications refinement and testing of Microsoft SQL Server back-end database with Microsoft Access 2000 administrator access for online workplace policy search tool
