I am a human resources practitioner and consultant, working to find innovative HR solutions for challenges in Australia’s workforce. My path has been firmly in human resources for over 20 years. As an active HR consultant and practitioner, I have partnered with clients in the public and private sectors, and across professional services, sales, finance, legal, and ICT. I am also a speaker, writer and researcher. My research paper topics include work-life balance, work health and safety, performance and talent management. I have written case studies on Virgin Australia, ABB Enterprise Software, PwC and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.I have a particular professional interest in ageing and older workers. My book - 'Age Unlimited: Exploring Employment Barriers for Older Workers' - was published in June 2018 through Prohaska Hampton Publishing. I believe in facilitating informed and accessible conversations about effective talent management in Australia through my work. Collaboration and engagement are integral to my HR consulting framework. I value the knowledge-exchange that underpins successful partnerships. I believe that the best decisions are based in sound research and current data.
