Learn from operations managers, medical coders, data entry specialists, and accounting and billing specialists at Merrick Management where they provide services such as billing, accounts receivable, patient payment management and professional services to anesthesia practices. I use my problem solving and technology skills in this role to assist them in making Excel sheets to track accounts receivable, data entry, coding production, and employee overtime. I am also being taught how to make management decisions in the business that would improve growth in the company by observing interviews, sitting in on meetings, and narrowing down resumes of potential new employees to see if they are a good fit for Merrick Management.
