As the North American Consultant introducing Gisou by Negin Mirsaleh, we achieved in one of SEPHORA US's top five hair category launches, showcasing the capability to navigate a new brand in North America effectively. At Tatcha, as VP of Sales, I led the retail expansion in SEPHORA NA, rapidly rising to the top skincare rank leading up to Unilever's acquisition. At OLEHENRIKSEN, we grew the brand to a top 4 rank in SEPHORA North America and expanded significantly internationally while rebranding and executing a complex integration into the KENDO incubator. As SVP of Sales North America for KORRES, I spearheaded omnichannel strategies to integrate retail, digital, and television, fostering a cohesive brand experience to reinvigorate this Greek brand in North America.
