Assist entities with thorough investigation of claims with special attention to questionable claims. Assign NCM as necessary. Order surveillance/background checks/ medical canvas' as needed. Complete wage statements for multiple states, review for accuracy and submit to TPA timely. Provide updates to all parties on the claims status which could include, Employer, Adjuster, Attorney's and Upper Management.

Invoicing department was transferred to the Shared Services Center in Knoxville. I was then reassigned to the Project Control Specialist group. I was assigned the same key customer from the invoicing group because of my customer relationship both internal and external. Responsibilities include budgeting, contract administration, planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and invoicing support for Fleet Outage Services. Assist and support internal customers, e.g. Project Managers and Site Managers, in the following areas. This is a nursing staffing agency, part time position. My daily duties included, payroll for CNA's, LPN's, RN's, etc. Duties also included weekly billing as well as managing and updating all personnel files. After a couple of months my hours and duties were increased to help with new hire orientations. This included preparing new hire packets, set up of testing area, grading the new hire tests, badge photos, etc. Before leaving this company I was doing very light staffing duties as a backup to the regular staffing group.
