Catherine is a three-time President’s Club winner and currently serves as Director of Enterprise Sales at Apartment IQ. In five plus years in Multifamily, Catherine has worked across the country and heavily in the southeast to partner with owner/operators to roll out marketing, financial and smart home technology at Rent Dynamics, Dwelo and G5. She was a President's Club achiever in 2023, 2022 and 2020.Prior to Multifamily, Catherine excelled in sales positions with Groups360 & Crescendo Interactive, where she presented to Hospitality, Higher Education, Healthcare, and other nonprofit organizations, taught seminars and webinars, and spoke at various conferences across the Southeastern United States. Catherine's background includes working in Public Relations and Marketing with several agencies in the Phoenix area representing many different industries and nonprofit organizations. She was also Communications Manager at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Education & AffiliationsCatherine received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Strategic Media and Public Relations from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication at Arizona State University. She also spent a semester abroad at The Sorbonne in Paris, France. Catherine previously served as VP of Community Relations for Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club (and Valley Kids Foundation), a women's group that fundraises for and volunteers with several children's charities in the Phoenix Area. She is a former executive board member of YP Friends of Monroe Carrell Jr. Children's Hospital. Catherine enjoys live music, dancing, cooking, and reading in her spare time.
