I'm always curious to connect with people doing things differently - those finding ways to be more human, to support change, to create meaningful work. If something here sparks for you, I'd love to hear from you. Maybe we could grab a coffee, have a chat - virtual or in person. My work is guided by a simple yet crucial understanding: to support others and create change, we first need to look after ourselves. It's about inner wellbeing - a quiet, joyful, ongoing practice of care.I work with the SHOOPERY and Jabadao, using movement, improvisation, and play as tools for learning and wellbeing. My professional path has wound through workplaces, communities, education, and health - including eight years leading an NHS-funded organisation. Those years taught me so much about human resilience. I was constantly wowed by people who found ways to step outside their comfort zones, day after day.Dancing has always been part of my life. Not performance, but something more essential - the kind of moving that helps us feel connected, that reminds us we're alive. As a Developmental Movement Play specialist for 20 years, I've learned that we learn most deeply through our bodies, through movement.I collaborate with facilitators, leaders, and change makers - because I believe we can discover something meaningful together.
