I am a multimedia artist working on commission as well as creating pieces for sale in the local community. I work in graphite, gouache, acrylic, marker, and digital media art.

Merchandising, cleaning, organization, sales, team building, attending seminars to get educated on products to better help customers. Staying informed to give the customer precisely what they want even if they aren't sure what they are looking for.

I started this job as assistant manager and my store manager was let go in February of 2020. I ran the store and did the hiring, receiving, delegation, supply orders, merchandising. I was able to build a crew of my own when COVID-19 began changing many of the ways a lot of businesses ran. Unfortunately, the safety protocols were not being implemented well enough and I no longer felt comfortable returning to that job because my oldest child is immunocompromised.

I was hired on immediately as a shift supervisor and proved more than up to the task. I learned to open and close the store according to MED compliance and the owners standards. I was in charge of drawer counts, closing drawers, making deposits, delegating shift tasks, cleaning, making sales, dividing tips and ensuring that the coupons we received matched the amount of discounts that were used throughout the week. Safe counts were also a regular part of my job at THC.
