With over 30 years of experience in the IT sector, I am a sales and marketing executive who leads and produces high-performing teams. I am currently leading the business development team across APAC for Adobe. In this role I manage a team responsible for delivering pipe for the Asia Pacific Account Executive organisation focused on the DX product portfolio. This role requires experience in coaching, planning, strategy and the development of new sales representatives, plus strong demand management experience. Prior to joining Adobe I led inside sales at New Relic across the AP region based in Sydney, Australia. This role included developing and hiring AP sales team members across AU/NZ, Singapore and India; managing performance; sales strategy; as well as closing key deals with New Relic customers. Before returning to Australia, I was based in Singapore with Oracle, where I led business development as well as demand operations. In that role I managed the yearly targets, strategy, business reporting, insights, and operations for the business pipeline needs across Oracle's applications (SaaS) and cloud technology (PaaS) portfolios.My core competencies include Asia Pacific and Japan IT market knowledge, business planning, integrated marketing and demand generation knowledge plus business operations transformation.
