I have been in customer service since childhood when I assisted my father at his trade shows. I believe that all conversations are service conversations where every person I meet is a "customer" of mine. My goal is to make sure they receive the information they need in a way that they understand and hopefully, raise their individual awareness and growth.I am an animal lover and think that animals have much to teach us, if we only stop and listen. They are very intuitive and never cease to amaze me with how smart they are. Some have called me the "animal guru" as I seem to be able to keep the wildest animal calm.Being an animal lover also gives me the opportunity to be in the moment, whether I am enjoying the outdoors or enjoying the people in my life. So much happens in each moment, that I don't want to miss anything.
