After a successful 25-year career in Finance, I am currently an Independent Director of several multinational groups listed in different jurisdictions.I began my professional life at an investment company before joining Société Générale, where I rose through the ranks over a 24-year period. I started out as a financial analyst, before advising French largest groups on their financing and debt management strategies. I then became a Senior Banker, Head of Coverage and Investment Banking for Africa. I was in charge of the bank's strategic clients in Africa (governments, financial institutions, major corporations), crafting global solutions with the support of all of SG Group’s business lines. Specifically, I was involved in financing, M&A, and financial restructuring.Now operating as an Independent Director. I am gaining significant experience in listed company governance, including knowledge of all Board committees, and chairmanship of various committees ranging from Audit to ESG. For 4 years, I sat on the Board of Agence Francaise de Développement - AFD-, the French government agency which finances, supports and accelerates transitions towards a fairer and more sustainable world. I am dealing with issues related to climate, biodiversity, peace, education, urban planning, health, and governance. As a member of CSR and ESG committees, my involvement in environmental, social and societal issues and their impact on the company and the world is strong. I'm also a member of the Board of Directors of Les Amis du Centre Pompidou, a philanthropic association that supports the enrichment and the enhancement of the collections of the Musée National d'Art Moderne in Paris, where I combine my professional experience with my passion for contemporary art.
