  •Responsible for a monthly average of 180 projects worth $15,000,000.00.•Work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on time\on budget using Peoplesoft forecasting.•Oversee projects ensuring contract compliance and successful completion.•Acquire all the necessary documentation and keep electronic copy (credit approvals, tax exempt forms, bonds, lien waivers, certified payroll, etc.) to satisfy Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance.•Keep current on all Government requirements pertaining to customer contract details and insure conformity.•Monitor and adjust AIA schedule of values.•Manage contract process for subcontractors. Responsible for qualifying and training subcontractors used on Trane projects to include working closely with the Safety Manager to insure they have met all OSHA requirements. •Create Purchase Orders for projects as needed.•Process change orders/amendments for projects as needed. •Process monthly billing and invoicing to customers using Peoplesoft. •Act as proxy for purchase card management and insure monthly processing is completed on time.•Track project warranty on monthly basis•Ensure technician’s time worked on projects is applied to the project using Peoplesoft.•‘Access’ database manager; used for project information and maintenance of subcontractor contract status. •Proficiently use Microsoft 2007 Suite and 2010 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, OneNote)
