The Insight Collaborative is named for that belief and mode of practice in which I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate growth and change.I am a passionate facilitator and educator with over 20 years' experience leading diverse populations of all backgrounds, ages, and in diverse settings, including overseas.I thrive on the challenge of finding ways to help people learn complex concepts in the most simple and creative ways that will empower them to implement and integrate the information. This ability is valued by small business teams, large corporate clients as well as the many municipalities I have had the honor of working with over the years. From C-Suite leaders to Water Department and Sanitation Crews, it's a privilege to watch lightbulbs switch on as concepts really click.Team develoment can blosom through thoughtful and purpousful training and coaching. I have been a Career Development Coach for over 15 years and have coached hundreds of candidates into new roles and positions.
