I was a substitute teacher from grades K through 12 at Saline Area Schools. Subjects ranged from teaching a Kindergarden class to High School Music to 5th grade gym. As a subsitute teacher you learn to keep control in different types of classroom settings, improvise when no lesson plans are available and keep the students interested in what is going on that day.

After Graduation from college I taught at the first grade level for six years prior to starting my family.
