In my current role, I interpret, validate and document business requirements by interrogating data, scrutinising results, assessing impacts of alternative strategies and challenging business processes. I communicate enhancements/solutions back to the Provisioning Team and manage/analyse Salesforce implementations. I have experience in SQL, maintenance of reporting databases, data reconciliation/management and integrity of databases, placement of equity orders, client liaison, contact with external parties (ie. Accountants, share registries and external auditors), monetary transactions and portfolio reporting.Systems I’ve used during this time include (but not limited to) several CRM databases (I am a certified Salesforce.com Administrator), Power BI, Excel, Microsoft SQL and Oracle SQL Developer, Word and Bloomberg.
