Though I've been coaching since 2021, I've finally launched my own coaching business in 2024. My mission is to help people who are committed to making positive change in their community step more fully into their life’s purpose while finding balance and joy. I’m trained in Presence-Based Coaching, which draws from the fields of mindfulness, somatics, developmental psychology, complexity theory, leadership, and interpersonal neurobiology to offer an emergent synthesis of the most effective approaches to developing leaders. My personal coaching approach relies on proven, pragmatic methods that emphasize accountability, compassion, and consistency and are tailored to my clients’ specific circumstances and desired outcomes. In this role, I'm supporting change management efforts for the Feeding America national network of 200 Partner Food Banks, particularly related to the network's new Network Charter and Agreement, which is rooted in a shared commitment to "collaboratively engage in deliberations, decisions and actions that advance the expressed aspirations of people facing hunger." My contributions include designing and implementing multi-stakeholder group process, managing various project timelines and due dates, creating user-friendly learning and tracking tools and resources, supporting communication efforts internally at Feeding America and across the food bank network, and more.
