Current Resposibilities:Sales Tax Multiple Companies, Multiple States:• Preparation of monthly and quarterly sales tax returns• Monitor SAP use tax reports for international payments as well as sales tax accuracy.• Coordinate with IT team for updates and maintenance of sales tax matrix in SAP.• Maintenance of sales tax calendar.• Analyze and reconcile sales tax payable accounts on monthly basis• Sales and Use Tax research.• GST/HST monthly reportsProperty Tax:• Preparation of property tax budget.• Completion of personal property renditions for all plants and several sales offices. • Maintenance of property tax calendar.• Correspond with state and local tax jurisdictions regarding inquiries and notices.Other Tax Responsibilities:• Ohio CAT Tax Multiple Companies• Preparation of federal and state tax returns for Not for profit company• Research and tax preporation tax incentives for plants and corporate.• Preparation of foreign companies 1120-F tax returns • Preparation and filing of all company 1042s • Management of P-cards Multiple companies• Preparation and filing of 1099s.• Fully responsible for 1099 and sales tax audits.• Maintenance of W8-ben records• Fully responsible for all EFT filings for sale tax payments, 1042.
