During a long and distinguished career at Mars, Cathleen held a number of roles focused on leading cross-functional teams, connecting and developing people, growing brands, and delivering US and Global enterprise transformation solutions across snackfood, petcare, and food categories.Cathleen is passionate about supporting young professionals and leaders in transition.
