I am a clinical educator with a BSN and over 18 years of experience in clinical operations and education. My passion is to provide innovative value-based care to the most vulnerable populations, while empowering and engaging the clinical staff that I work with.As the former Director of Clinical Education at Emcara Health, I led the development and implementation of training programs and curriculum for over 180 clinicians across five different geographical locations, using distance learning, instructional design, and adult learning principles. I also incorporated sales training into the clinical education curriculum to improve the staff's ability to communicate the value of our services. Additionally, I launched and supported the project management and product launch of telehealth capability within an 8-week turnaround period, enabling nurse practitioners to provide care to our patients remotely.
