My passion is to provide innovative value-based care to the most vulnerable populations, while empowering and engaging the clinical staff that I work with.As the former Director of Clinical Education at Emcara Health, I led the development and implementation of training programs and curriculum for over 180 clinicians across five different geographical locations, using distance learning, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
