Optimized existing formulas of hummus and guacamole to sustain and extend the brands (Sabra and Obela) domestically and globally. Researched new product applications and opportunities. Key R&D player in launching Obela hummus in South Australia in 2013.

Develop appealing recipes and create satisfying, balanced menus for busy campers of all ages. Serve as head cook as I coordinate the efforts of 5 assistants to ensure that all complementary sides and desserts are served in fresh, safe and wholesome condition. Maintain food and non-food inventories. Work with Camp Director, Administrator and Facilities personnel to accomodate year-round parties and group reservations.

Developed new, improved and/or cost reduced products from concept through plant implementation. Formulated thermally and non-thermally processed meal and snack products to meet established nutritional and costing guidelines and in compliance with USDA and FDA regulations. Initiated and conducted follow-up product stability studies for the intended life of the new or revised product.
