Managed the efforts of a team of Andersen Consulting and client personnel in the identification of prerequisites to customer migration for a unified platform. • Cell leader on a project to re-engineer the wireline support customer care systems of a major telecom company. Managed of a 10-20 person cell during the design, development and testing • Assessment and design of a client/server enterprise architecture strategy for a global manufacturer • Developed functional specifications for a web-based shipment tracking system for a national logistics company • Conducted Project Information Plan and conceptual design for a manufacturing company. Developed feasibility analysis of a custom AI system to measure and use dimensional variation information collected in a manufacturing environment. • Programmer/Analyst on a custom installation of a credit card processing system for a large bank. • Implemented standards for the existing local area network including backup and restore procedures, new software and workstation installation procedures.
