Wellness Within provides guidance to individuals who are feeling frustrated about their health and are actively ready to pursue changes to improve their quality of life. As an expert in nutrition, medical science, and lifestyle management, I offer virtual one-on-one and group sessions to help clients identify and overcome their most challenging health issues.

In a managed care tele-health setting counseled and coached adult members with chronic disease on nutrition strategies to improve their health through nutrition management and lifestyle changes. Maintained seventeen state licenses in order to practice nationwide.

Working for UMMC has been a joy! I have been blessed to have worked with multiple clinical teams both in-patient and in out-patient clinics throughout the University over a span ~20 years. I have had the opportunity to be full-time, part-time, and per diem! Mentoring Dietetic Interns, Medical Students, Medical Interns, Medical Residents and Fellows, Pharmacy Interns, and Nursing Staff was a wonderful addition to patient care.
