Oversees and coordinates the different programs at JTC providing family-centered services for parents and their children with hearing loss. JTC’s programs include: Audiology, Educational Services, Counseling, Worldwide Parent Education and the Graduate & Professional Program Strengthens organization and community relationships with local audiology centers, surrounding school districts, Regional Centers, Option Schools, A.G. Bell, national and international professionals in the Listening and Spoken Language field Collaborates and supports JTC’s Operations on the management of all school district, regional center, audiology and speech contracts, rate sheets and Individual Service Agreements for JTC’s Fee for services Serves as primary connection with the CA Department of Education’s Non-Public School liaison, ensuring JTC meets the CDE’s federal and state statutes and regulations pertaining to special education. Collaborates with CA Coalition Option Schools (CCOS) and Center for Early Intervention on Deafness (CEID) in helping to advance excellence in listening and spoken language education by both individually and collectively, educating the public, professionals and policy makers as to what is possible for children who are deaf and hard of hearing in the 21st centuryResearch and coordinate professional development opportunities for different departments and staff members to foster ongoing positive JTC culture, inspire staff and sustain top-quality professionals in the field of Listening & Spoken Language

Supervised Educational Staff (Teachers, LSLAV Therapists, SLPs, Aides, Volunteers) in their coaching and implementation of individualized therapy, itinerant services, group classes and preschool program.
