As Bayshore’s inside sales representative, I am responsible for disseminating information packages and marketing materials to prospective customers on a timely basis in pursuit of jobs. I coordinate the execution of contracts with customers on a timely basis. I follow up with customers based on leads given by the outside Sales Representative or upper management and prepare, send price quotes, and contracts as needed. I am very focused on customer service and assist customers with job requirements such as transportation, hours of operation, site contact, and analytical testing. Ensure close coordination with scale house on transportation availability, material project inventory, work orders, and schedule updates. I also maintain a schedule projection for upper management.
