• Facilitate processing of documents such as employment contracts, affidavits, motions and other legal documents to concerned government and non-government agencies• Assist in the facilitation of employment contracts of all employees• Monitor Employee compliance to written notice• Prepare and send communications to personnel with administrative sanctions• Monitor monthly punctuality of all personnel and issue corresponding disciplinary action• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Records Management• Verify completeness of pre-employment requirements and all 201 file of all employees both in GMA and in the region;• Check request for ID Form vis-a-vis the Manpower Request from the Recruitment Officer/ Assistant before issuance of such;• Ensure that Employee Undertaking are duly signed and are aware of their responsibility, and file such document in 201 file;• Monitor/ Update Distributors' and Clients' Contract for filing and referral to HR Manager;• Ensure all Manpower Request Form are dully accomplished before endorsement to Accounting and release of IDs;• Laise with government agencies for necessary clearances and company registration to DOLE, SEC, SSS, City Government;• Prepare/encode administrative and disciplinary actions for issuance to employees copy furnished Personnel records and other recipients;• Prepare and issue certificate of employment with proper number control.Operations Function• Consolidate monthly Attrition Rate Nationwide.
