Organizational Development and Process Enhancement~Strategy and Planning~Learning Design & FacilitationLeveraging over 20 years of experience in program management and leadership in the international relief and development sector, my roster of over 25 clients ranges from start-up firms to growing nonprofits and industry-leading humanitarian and development agencies. I work with mission-driven teams, organizations, and their leaders to: *Assess needs and priorities; *Articulate and communicate critical concepts; *Build and implement resilient strategies; and *Align for positive practical action. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PROCESS ENHANCEMENT: My years leading high-pressure proposal processes, mentoring proposal leaders, and implementing policies as part of a leadership team sharpened my natural orientation toward understanding the value, and potential pitfalls, of developing and maintaining strong processes. I bring a valuable external perspective, knowledge of a variety of organizational approaches, and the ability to quickly understand organizational dynamics, to help teams assess and improve critical processes, and I enjoy helping leaders think through how best to effect and communicate change. STRATEGY AND PLANNING: I have supported and led all phases of project management in a variety of geographic and technical areas, ranging from program backstopping, to managing field program implementation, to leading the development of critical proposals and organizational business development strategies. I use this experience to bring a practical lens to strategy development and implementation, helping leaders and teams acknowledge and navigate complexity and build resilience into their strategies.LEARNING DESIGN AND FACILITATION:Drawing on my experience in a range of formal and informal teaching and training roles, I design participatory, practical workshop experiences to engage teams in critical tasks and conversations, drawing on a variety of facilitation techniques and tools to support learning and organizational development outcomes. I develop materials such as facilitation guides, case studies and scenarios, and toolkits that facilitate effective, practical learning within organizational contexts.
