CurrentTo support and facilitate the smooth running of the charity's neutering programme and provide assistance to the public, CP staff and volunteers.• To provide front-line non-scripted support and advice to the general public requesting financial support and advice on the neutering of pet cats, stray cats and TNR capture and care of feral cats. Assess requests and allocate funding within departmental protocols for smaller monetary amounts and monitor stock control. • Manage internal records and databases in relation to neutering. Process new joining enquiries• In conjunction with the Finance Department, dispatch Neutering Statements and monthly updates to CP Neutering Voucher Scheme partners• To support the admin of the regional campaigns and compile target lists, assist with project plans and marketing, and report to Neutering Data Officer on campaign data trends • To provide administrative support to the Neutering Support Manager, including assisting with training and mentoring • Ensure compliance with the charity’s policies and standards in addition to understanding and meeting the volunteers’ needs• Work alongside the Veterinary Department on all aspects of neutering and other relevant areas of the department’s activities
