I dedicated a decade of my life to serving in the military, beginning my journey as a Navy Corpsman before advancing to a surgical technician role. Leadership opportunities were frequent; I spearheaded initiatives for groups ranging from just a few individuals to over 75 team members. My guiding principle was straightforward but impactful: to strive relentlessly for the well-being and success of everyone under my wing.I firmly believe that holding a leadership title is less significant than being an effective team member.
