I am exactly what you need!My excitement and passion for guest experiences, relations, and loyalty has grown through my international hospitality management studies and in encounters with hospitality organizations in Mexico and Latin America.I have always worked in the service industry and it is in my DNA to create amazing guest experiences and happy guests. From my previous work experiences, I have learned to work well in teams, navigate high-pressure situations, proactively solve problems, and always maintain a smile and a positive solution-oriented attitude. When I commit, I dedicate myself 100 % which I believe is one of the reasons I was elected as 'Trainee of the Year 2018' in Arnold Busck.In 2020, I left Denmark and traveled around Latin America for 14 months. This amazing experience deepened my understanding of cultural differences and significantly enhanced my personal development. While traveling, I volunteered at a hostel in Oaxaca, Mexico, managing the reception, maintaining the hostel, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. After my internship with Selina Hotels in Nicaragua, I lived in Mexico City for 18 months, continuing to study my bachelor's degree. This journey into the unknown and building a new network in a far and foreign country has given me invaluable personal skills, helping me grow and better understand others. Now I am back in Denmark, eager to bring these experiences and skills to your team, so that we together can create unforgettable experiences for your guests.
