As the Konserndirektør IT og digital at OBOS, I have been leading the central IT and digital unit with delivery responsibility to the entire OBOS group, consisting of 110 employees, for over three years. I am a member of the executive management team and a key contributor to the development of the new group strategy. I have successfully led the implementation of portfolio management, Dynamics 365 CRM, digital service platform, and new web platform. I am also responsible for introducing agile methodology and autonomous product teams. I am proud of achieving high scores on employee satisfaction and motivation.I am an experienced leader in the digital and IT field with a background in communication, journalism, and culture. I have a strong focus on digital transformation and organizational development, as well as a high level of engagement and execution ability. I am analytical, structured, and have a high work capacity. My mission is to drive IT and digital innovation at OBOS, Norway's largest housing cooperative, and to deliver value to its members and customers. I have a master's degree in comparative literature and a bachelor's degree in journalism, and I speak English and German. I was also recognized as one of Norway's 50 leading tech women in 2020.
