As a geophysics student at the University of Bergen, I quickly learned that success begins with the ability to define challenges clearly, followed by a structured approach to solving them. This foundational skill shaped my work ethic and became a guiding principle throughout my career.My years offshore placed me at the heart of complex operations, where I gained a deep appreciation for the importance of effective communication. I learned how crucial it is to understand all the moving parts of a large-scale project. From decision-makers to team members with individual KPIs and agendas, navigating this dynamic environment required sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders efficiently.Teaching mathematics and physics at the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy provided a new perspective. It taught me how to lead and inspire others to reach their potential. While these students had the foundation for learning and growth, I discovered the value of mentorship and how the right guidance can unlock the full capacity of an individual.Over the past seven years, I transitioned from software developer to salesperson, then to sales manager, and eventually took on the role of managing director. As we evolved from a software company to one focused on artificial intelligence, I, too, had to adapt. The steep learning curve that accompanied this shift was a challenge I embraced, as I do with every new task that comes my way.Drawing on my broad experience in project management, leadership, and strategic insight, I approach each role uniquely equipped to lead and deliver results. This is the foundation I bring to every challenge I encounter.
