I have been privileged to gain experience from various positions, always with the customer’s interest closest to the heart, and I have learned to anticipate customer needs and have a desire to exceed the customers expectations.With my broad experience from the business side in combination with my experience from working as a leader and member of management teams, I believe that I can contribute very well to reach set targets and to motivate and coach collegaues in a positive and energetic way. Encounter with people, and the dynamics of a meeting, both in business meetings with customers, with colleagues and in the role as a leader, have always been a trigger for me. I have experience from both sales and management and a long experience of negotiations after handling rfp´s and offers both from international and local customers. I have a strong commitment to create results and I am considering myself being very trustworthy in delivering on set targets. My communications skills are well developed and I am able to build strong relationships and to empower and create strong commitments. As a person I am energetic and very driven and I enjoy having many challenges to meet. I appreciate finding good and effective solutions to challenging problems and to find opportunities to align valuable competence and skills in a professional and productive way that gives value added and world-class service to customers, colleagues and shareholders.I speak English as well as German fluently; I also speak Dutch to some extent after living in Amsterdam for one year.
