I hold a California Certified Shorthand Reporter license. This work consists of taking a verbatim record of legal proceedings. and producing a transcript. I work in settings which include courtrooms, federal agencies, and attorney offices. I was selected to produce a transcript of the San Francisco State University graduation ceremony from 2005 through 2011 when we moved to the Washington, D.C. Metro Area for professional reasons. In addition, I provided Computer-Assisted Realtime Transcription services to deaf and hard-of-hearing persons in academic and professional settings.
