My team is responsible for all operating units’ digital transformation (DT) work and the data service. The operating units include Supply Chain, Finance, HR, ESG, Global Engineering and so on. We started from digital transformation overarching design which is to really understand the business as-is, benchmark the industrial leading practice, set fit-for-strategy mid-term objective and come up with the roadmap to fulfil the gaps between as-is and to-be. Based on the overarching design, my team collaborates with internal and external partners to drive the digital initiatives from idea to business case, from business case to concrete implementation roadmap and finally to complete the implementation.The data service includes two parts: data governance and data intelligence. The former is to provide cross-function, high quality and high reliable data source to enable the data intelligence while the latter is to enable data-driven business. So far, the foundation of data governance and data intelligence have been created, including:- Governance wise: Data Governance Methodology & Framework, Step-by-step Run Book, Data Service Design, Data Standards, Data Domain management framework and so on. - Technical Product wise: 3-layer data service architecture (Data Governance platform, DaaS, Reporting tools)

Jun'2011 - Aug'2014: I was working for AstraZeneca as the external consultant.Aug'2010 - Jun'2011: Offshore Delivery LeadBuilt up AstraZeneca China Offshore Delivery Centre from scratch, grew the Delivery and Service team to around 80 people in 9 months. The team is composed of 3 technical team (.NET, SharePoint, DWBI) delivering the Application Development/Enhancement, Testing projects and service desk to the customer globally/locally in R&D, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing area and cross-function enterprise systems.Apr'2007 - Aug'2010: Offshore Team LeadManaged the China Offshore Delivery Centre for IMS Health. Four horizontal teams are contained: .NET team, Mainframe team, DW/BI team and Testing team. Total headcount is around 50.

Performed as the lead consultant to Shanghai Elderly Committee. Led the product development of the Dynamic Analytical and Search Engine which was used in almost all Data Engine projects of my company. This engine collects the data from 19 districts/150+ streets all over the city, clean, calculate and organize them to finally offer the search and report capability to the Committee. It was set as the sample for other Province’s Elderly Committee.
