I get to build my experience and grow even closer relationships with customers at this job. Hosting at this restaurants has built many connections with my guests and co-workers alike. The fantastic management staff stresses the keys to good business: a strong team, and guest relations. Striking up conversations with new guests as well as remembering details and names of the regulars make their experience much more meaningful.

During my time with the Sauce on the Side chains, I was honored to help them open a new location in Chesterfield, MO. Working as a cashier was my first job going into my sophomore year of high school. I loved working and building connections with co workers of all ages. I learned basic employee-customer relation skills while managing schoolwork and sports as well.
