• To provide Manufacturing and Technical administration support and functions.• Inputting production data on to I-SERIES to monitor waste, KPI’s and ingredient stocks.• Ensuring site controlled documentation is up to date and made available to staff.• Carry out audit’s of Hovis Quality Commitment (HQC) documentation.• Accurate Input of weekly, monthly and annual audits on to the company’s bespoke compliance database and raising non-conformance’s when needed. • Input Product Quality and Benchmarking information onto company database.• Keep an accurate and up to date record of Non-Conforming Product Hold Documents and any supporting evidence / foreign body.• Manage the dispatch of goods by courier, including product samples requested by corporate colleagues and customers.• Raising and managing Purchase / Limit Orders through SAP EBP and IDHAMMAR for all site personal protective equipment, goods, services & stationery.• Follow up on all orders raised – chase delivery dates / query outstanding goods / perform Goods Receipt’s / solve invoice queries in SAP ECC inbox to release for payment.• Raise BACS payment requests for goods / services required by site from non approved vendors.• Managing / distributing site stationery stock.• Track departmental spend for Personal Protective Equipment, cleaning materials etc.• Carry out internal shelf life assessments on all branded products (routine, change to recipe, new product, customer complaint, change to process & change to requirement) and submit report for review by Senior Management & Head Office.• Manage specification library – receive all product specification changes and inform / distribute to relevant departments.
