About Cathryn Barnard πŸŒ”

I help business leaders design, build and optimise lean and #agile organisations.I've always been fascinated by team dynamics and the part that effective communication plays in relationship building for collaboration and high performance. I spent the 1990s and early 2000s working in Telecommunications, where I assembled teams of engineers who designed and built many of the mobile phone networks across Europe. In 2016, I turned my attention to the #futureofwork, and co-founded @workingthefuture. By helping clients make sense of fast-paced and ambiguous commercial landscapes, we help create cultural environments that nurture team agility and high-performance.
