I help business leaders design, build and optimise lean and #agile organisations.I've always been fascinated by team dynamics and the part that effective communication plays in relationship building for collaboration and high performance. I spent the 1990s and early 2000s working in Telecommunications, where I assembled teams of engineers who designed and built many of the mobile phone networks across Europe. In 2016, I turned my attention to the #futureofwork, and co-founded @workingthefuture. Complex commercial landscapes are dramatically transforming how businesses access and leverage the human skills required for optimal business growth in the 2020s. We analyse and distil the latest socio-cultural research to deliver trend intelligence for business leaders. Successful organisations of the future will look, and more importantly feel, very different to what we've known in the past. In my career as a staffing and workforce planning veteran, I learned how to build and optimise high-performing, fluid and agile work teams. By helping clients make sense of fast-paced and ambiguous commercial landscapes, we help create cultural environments that nurture team agility and high-performance.
