After retiring as a professional Muay Thai fighter (feather weight), where I lived, trained and fought in Thailand for seven years, I returned to the UK, set up and ran a community Muay Thai gym.Providing specialist training for adults and children at both recreational and competition level.This involved training, preparing and taking fighters for competition whilst providing advice on, nutrition, diet and technique. Prior to closure I trained a fighter to become an ISKA British champion (2012).Personal notable achievements in the sport include: attaining a silver medal for England in the amateur Muay Thai world championships 2003, Hong Kong champion 2005 at 57kg and ranked UK number 1 for several years (feather weight). Qualified referee and event’s coordinator both in UK and Hong Kong and Muay Thai journalist.
