- Plan, develop and manage flagship NHS events, challenges and projects across North Wales.- Provide support for day-to-day fundraising projects, events, planning, and implementation across multiple healthcare teams within the health board. - Encourage and support a wide range of external organisations who choose to support the Charity by running their own events and activities. - Support donors and fundraisers through their fundraising journey for all healthcare settings. - Ensure all donations enhance patients’ experience within wards, services and departments. - Seek and support businesses, groups and organisations to collaborate with the North Wales NHS charity to fundraise, volunteer or support charity events and appeals.- Develop engaging PR and Social Media to promote good news stories across North Wales and within national tabloids.- Represent the charity at North Wales and UK wide events, conferences and seminars. - Develop business cases for fundraising opportunities- Ensure development of volunteers to support events and activities, both as individuals and events committees.- Develop Fundraising Ambassadors from across the region who can offer support in their own communities.
