Lead a team of 15 QA members.• Responsibilities- Requirement analysis, test planning, creation, review and execution of functional test cases, analysis of test results, defect tracking.• Additional tasks included coordinating the offshore team & interacting with Client for requirement gathering, knowledge sharing, mentoring & document preparation. Built the project schedule and estimated effort of each activity.
