I spent most of my career in the medical field holding a Registered Nursing Degree. In 2019 I made the decision to retire as a nurse and join Crowley Associates. At Crowley, I am the Executive Administrative Assistant, providing support to the president and the managing partners. I also have key responsibilities in marketing and human resources. With a diverse career spanning the medical field and corporate environments, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience to my current role at Crowley Associates.• Fidelity Investments: In the early 2000s, I worked at Fidelity Investments, initially trading stocks and mutual funds. I then transitioned to HR, eventually becoming an HR Manager, where I further developed my skills in human resources management.• Medical Field: Most of my career was in the medical field. As a former Director of Nursing, I managed complex and sensitive matters with my staff while prioritizing resident care. My experience honed my communication skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.• Certified Expertise: I hold multiple certifications, including dementia care and training. These skills enrich my approach to problem-solving and team collaboration.• Crowley Associates: In 2019, I embraced the world of technology, joining Crowley Associates. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, I provide essential support to our President and managing partners. My responsibilities extend beyond administrative tasks, playing a key role in marketing initiatives and human resources, ensuring our team thrives.
