As the Senior Vice President, Standard Commercial Strategic Enablement and Operations I have accountability for the development of Nationwide’s commercial business, with national accountability and responsibility for $3 billion in written premium. I lead Nationwide’s distribution strategy and programs for standard commercial business units, standard commercial and agribusiness business insights and analytics, standard commercial and agribusiness claims, and project implementation and portfolio management. Performing in a ‘chief operation officer’ capacity, my primary focus is on maximizing net operating income. This includes a very diverse set of accountabilities, including: *Agency compensation strategies, agency benefits programs, and Broker and Agency relationship management. *Business Insight and Analytics including data driven insights related to the commercial portfolio, reporting, and data management.*Commercial claims leadership including Casualty, Property, and Workers Compensation.*Project implementation including leadership of $500m transformational project and $60M annual project prioritization and implementation budget.
