With over 30 years of experience with both public and private sector clients, I can provide strong leadership and project management skills for large-scale master plans as well as small-scale projects. I have prepared a number of quality Design Guidelines, Specific Plans, Master Plans, Builder Opportunity Packages and development regulations for my clients. I have worked extensively with agencies in processing documents for approval and have substantial experience at both Planning Commission and City Council hearings. I bring over 10 years of direct entitlement experience in my positions with the Cities of Costa Mesa and Garden Grove. I pay attention to detail while producing a quality project. I have been involved in sustainable communities since 2001 and was a founding board member and Treasurer of the Orange County Chapter of USGBC. I am USGBC LEED Accredited and a Certified Green Building Professional, and bring special expertise in the area of sustainability to development projects.
