This role includes contract compliance, budget oversight and relationship management. I also serve as a change agent and lead driver within Noridian to transform data into information. My extensive healthcare knowledge and passion for superior customer service drive my success as the senior vice president of customer relations at Noridian. I believe in using data to influence decisions, and I strive to find efficiencies in all processes for Noridian and our customers. I am comfortable with change – in fact, I embrace it, having successfully led many projects that required tremendous innovation.As a leader, I am passionate about helping each person on my team be their very best. When each member is performing at their optimal ability, amazing things happen!
