Benware Enterprises, Inc. was a 3 restaurant Denny's franchise. The business, (not the restaurants), closed mid 2017 when the owner sold and retired. I took care of every aspect of the bookkeeping including A/R, A/P, HR, tax reporting, insurance audits, financials, reconciliations and profit analysis.

 Oversaw corporate Management Development Program for 140 managers in 20 locations:▪ Coordinated and provided on and off-site training for all levels of management and coached personnel on an individual basis.▪ Developed and maintained management training documentation to include analyzing and projecting training needs and providing follow up to ensure training requirements were met.▪ Assessed managers and administered tests indicating readiness to attend corporate class.▪ Assisted corporate personnel in presenting training sessions for new product roll outs, corporate promotions and incentive plans. Updated and customized new inventory software and trained management in 20 restaurants on use of new system with ongoing support. Monitored and analyzed operational and profit line items to identify trends:▪ Compiled numerous Excel spreadsheets reporting all aspects of operations and profit in a summarized format for upper management to quickly evaluate data.▪ Advised supervisors and restaurant managers on how to correct and improve operational issues affecting sales and profit.
