I have 19 years experience of working as a Physiotherapist involved with the rehabilitation of patients who have experienced critical illness. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist I worked in various roles related to sports and exercise and have always been fascinated with the human body and how it performs at its physical peak as well as when it is under attack from ill health and disease.I am always on the lookout for innovative ideas that could be used to produce beneficial rehab results and functional outcomes for patients. I love the challenges that each patient brings with their unique physical qualities and personality traits, requiring an individual prescription for each and every session.My mission is to provide the best quality care I can that is clinically effective; enabling each patient to regain their maximal physical function and value their quality of life.I believe that I can reduce the physical, long-lasting, costs of disability as well as the financial costs to individuals and organisations.I am passionate about how to help people extend their boundaries and overcome their limitations to help them move forward positively.I have also qualified as a Lymphoedema Management Practitioner and practice fluroscopy guided manual lymphatic drainage and volunteer at an NHS lymphoedema clinic where I receive my clinical supervision.I have a private practice where I specialise working with clients with respiratory conditions and I also for clients with lymphoedema.I am the company director of Intensive Solutions Limited where my mission is to move ideas gained through experience forward to market to positively impact on patients quality of life.My personal strap line is:Leading Physical Solutions - Dedicated to the Best Outcomes
