Manage a customer base of more than 75 COVID vaccine providers. Keep them informed of continual, rapid developments and changes in vaccine administration, ordering and inventory reconciliation, storage and waste reduction practices and other requirements through verbal and written communication. That communication is created by me staying abreast of vast amounts of data and announcements from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) and compiling it into concise messaging for busy providers. Cold calling business leaders to persuade them to host vaccination events at their workplaces to provide the COVID vaccine to their employees and their families.

Cold calling Louisiana residents with a positive COVID test and documenting in SalesForce their symptoms, locations visited during the infectious period as well as convincing them to provide the names and phones number of people they were in contact with during the same period. Achieved a KPI of 99% success rate for persuasive efforts that resulted in a promotion to the coveted position of Vaccine Ambassador. Advised and monitored large case loads of individuals throughout their isolation and quarantine periods, secured resources to help them stay home and protected their confidentiality by following all HIPPA protocols.
